 Only then can the quality of Korean racing be improved. Some senior racers say that prices should be tied again, which is wrong. Then it goes back to the old days. The URL reason domestic horses cannot be used in foreign languages such as Japan and Singapore is because there are fewer good horses due to price restrictions. The Korean Racing Authority bring URL in some good seed horses and supports them, but they cannot beat horses bought from foreign countries. We need to mov URL e to an autonomous competition system. The abolition of price restrictions should allow foreign horses to be freely introduc URL ed only to Shinkansen, and at the same time, the racing system should be changed.
